Update 3.1.19

 

Additions

  • Moved /listopenbusinesses to the dialog system.
  • Added Business Landlines! PM admins can now give businesses landlines. All employees will receive these messages.

Changes

  • Moved /phonedirectory to the dialog system. The most important hotlines are sticked on top of the UI and will be separated from the rest.

  • Wanted cars UI list will now be sorted based on amount of the parts (descending). /achoplist for admins has been changed as well.
  • [DEVS] Moved /listcategories to the dialog system.
  • [DEVS] Added category and furniture ID numbers to /fur.

  • Fixed /cw not displaying an /ame after whispering in the car.
  • Fixed notification not displaying in /highlightcolour and /highlight.

Update 3.1.20

 

Additions

  • Added /csi for placing crime scene placards that increment automatically. Placing the placards will work identical like in the /cone system.
  • Added darkmode to the trucking job UI.
  • [ADMINS] Added standard log about people dying due to drug withdrawal effects.
  • [ADMINS] Added /bchopshop [true/false] for Property Management to enable/disable the chop shop features (wanted cars list & chop vehicle function) for specific garage businesses. All of the currently existing garage type businesses will have it enabled, new ones created using /bcreate will have it disabled by default.
  • [ADMINS] /binfo will show the 'chopshop features' enabled/disabled info from now. This will work only while being close to the garage type business.

Changes

  • 'Give' option for money in the inventory UI will now be blocked to prevent issues. Players will get a message on chat about using /pay command instead.
  • Removed the ID of a player in the command hint of the /tattoos while using /examine on the target to prevent issues.
  • /do will automatically capitalize first letter from now if player has automatic grammar checking (/ag) enabled.
  • [ADMINS] /delobject will work only on main dimension from now to prevent issues.
  • [ADMINS] Drug addiction data update will now be stopped for your character while on admin/support duty to prevent issues with it.

Fixes

  • Fixed /requestcarry not checking the distance between players while sending an offer.
  • Fixed client-side errors in rare cases while using slots.
  • Fixed some numbers still printing on chat while using /phonedirectory.
  • Fixed falling through the map at the end of carcer way tunnel.
  • Fixed MDC database logging to the wrong one.
  • Fixed issue with pawnshop items in some cases.

Update 3.1.21

 

Additions

  • Added search bar to the dialog UI system.
  • Added darkmode to the bars and pawnshops UI.
  • Added /admins list UI. This can be toggled between UI/chat version using /settings. (UI version is enabled by default)
  • Added darkmode to the trucking job UI.
  • Added an option to close dialog UIs using F4/ESC.
  • [ADMINS] Added /agivelicense, /atakelicense and /adellicense to assist with bugged licenses when character comes from LC.

Changes

  • Dialog UIs should scale much better now for higher resolutions. Also, the default size of the windows should be slightly bigger now.
  • /enablepointing notification will show in UI from now. Also, it will show only once per game instance like crawling/crouching notifications.
  • Changed the look of the taxi job text.
  • Changed the blood menu to show for everyone, but restricted sampling to LEO/coroners only. This was changed to assist people identifying blood in interiors as it does not spawn correctly in some cases.

Fixes

  • Fixed several issues related to /changechar.
  • Fixed /highlight and /highlightcolour double message, from now it will show the notification in bottom-right corner only.
  • Fixed /togf for non-faction characters.
  • Fixed scroll-bar issues in dialog UIs.

Update 3.1.22

 

This update should come with a big optimization of your game performance while playing on GTAW and reduced crashes. We've been heavily working on fixing client crashes the past days and will continue until they're fixed.

 

Additions

  • Added /flashlight for all legal factions with a duty script to grab a flashlight from a trunk/interior
  • Added /nightstick for factions with the BATON flag

Changes

  • Changed the look of the trucker depot text
  • Non emergency call content will now display in a better formatted manner
  • Roadblocks from /rb will now be removed automatically after 7 days

Fixes

  • Fixed the faster graffiti cleaning for on-duty public works
  • Fixed checkpoints not deleting properly after using /canceltutorial
  • Fixed /givepropertykey aliases not working (givepropkey, /addtenant, /propertyinvite, /propinvite)

Update 3.1.23

Crashing issues continue to be investigated with the upmost priority with daily changes being applied to combat/resolve the issue.

 

Additions

  • Added Diamond Casino animated screens.
  • Target indicator system with toggle in /settings
  • [ADMINS] Added /scandimension for Trial Admin+ to list all of the players currently in this dimension, with few additional information like AFK status, position, mapping mode enabled. Blocked on dimension 0.
  • [ADMINS] Added /rotsmarttp [propertyID] [teleID] [x] [y] [z] to adjust smart tp markers on hills and ramps.

Changes

  • Additional radio frequencies for SAGOV
  • Vehicle smart tps are now larger.
  • [ADMINS] When exiting noclip if you already did /inivisible before it will not set you visible again!

Fixes

  • Fixed exploit related to the /roadblock command.
  • Fixed Karin Rebel SWB showing incorrect amount of seats in the dealerships.
  • Final fix for /cw ame not working properly.
  • Temp fix for /treatmentitems currently only allows oxy, adderal and bandages.

Update 3.1.25

 

Additions

  • Added subway system.
  • Added AUTOLOCK property flag which will lock properties automatically after 10 seconds.
  • Added /reloadnotifications command to reload the CEF notifications browser. This can be used to remove glitched notifications which stays forever on your screen without reconnecting/restarting the game.

Changes

  • /ame won't display anymore while putting/taking a spike strip.
  • [ADMINS] Graffitis made by on-duty admins will now be immune to time limits and /clean. (This applies only to newly sprayed graffitis)

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where vehicle smart TPs within the same interior unloaded all interior objects.
  • Fixed several issues related to swapping helmets and /nightvision.
  • 'No Collision' furniture option reenabled and should no longer cause any crashes.

Update 3.1.26

 

Additions

  • Added elevator system.
  • Added sound effect to subway intercom
  • /hrequest [description] allows you to send a message to PHMC staff while in the hospital similar to /jrequest

Changes

  • Going on /pduty will no longer force VTS/ATC to enabled - from now, it will automatically disable it. Entering an vehicle supported by VTS/ATC will automatically turn it back on.
  • You will now be able to enter the subway while on a bicycle!

Update 3.1.27

 

Additions

  • Addiction changes
    • Soft and hard drugs will now be fully separated for addiction & tolerance
    • You'll now be able to take 25% more drugs before you may faint
    • Fainting due to hard drugs will now reduce by 70 your addiction to hard drugs
    • Being too addicted to soft drugs has no long term effects but will reduce the power of these drugs
    • Once one of the two addiction has reached 100, it'll now increase by +2 instead of +5 per usage
    • When one of the two addiction is below 100, the addiction will decrease faster : -8 for hard drugs, -10 for soft drug
  • Tolerance is now separated between soft and hard drugs
  • Overdose system
    • You will not be able to overdose on soft drugs anymore
    • If you take too many soft drugs, it'll generate more secondary effects and you will be in a "bad trip" state which will have forced visual effects without the ability to disable it
  • Recipes balance
    • The opiate effect will still allow you to reduce tolerance and addiction to hard drugs, but also soft drugs
    • Reduced HP gain on soft drugs
    • Reduced addiction gains for soft drugs
  • [ADMINS] Added NOEXIT property flag to disable the main exit point of a property. This will not effect Smart TPs or elevators.
  • [ADMINS] Added NOENTRY property flag to disable the main entry point of a property. This will not effect Smart TPs.
  • Added floor indicator to elevators.

  • Boombox prices have been decreased by 70%
  • Changed time between floors in an elevator to 7 seconds.

Update 3.2

 

Additions

  • Added a multi faction system
    • Players can now join multiple factions
    • You can only set one faction as currently active ingame, you may change it with /switchfaction or from the I menu
    • A leader can remove a player from its faction using the ingame menus even if the player has not set that faction as active
    • If you are in two or three factions that gives a weekly pay, you'll only be paid the highest weekly payment from these factions.
    • [ADMINS] Staff members can use /getallplayerfactions
    • This system is temporary until we fully revamp our entire codebase to support real multiple factions activity without having to switch

  • Campfires! You can now make your own fire when you and the friends are out and about wanting to RP in the wilderness. You can now buy a "Fire-Starting Kit" at any general store for $100. Players will be unable to place a campfire near a property/vehicle to prevent abuse or inside the city.

  • Cooking Update - players are now able to cook the animals they hunt, adding more immersion to hunting and giving an overall benefit to hunt rather then just getting a money value. Use /cook at a camp fire to cook!

  • Illegal Fishing - added small changes to fishing including more illegal fish with a higher value if caught. If you fish an illegal fish, you'll be prompted an information about it and be asked to release it. You can keep it and sell it to an illegal fish buyer for 2x the price! Selling location of those is set far away from the standard locations.

  • Brewing Changes - You'll now receive 35% more money when selling drinks that were made from the brewing job, stores will now also receive +50% more components, and you can now sell your crafted liquors outside the stores in case it is locked.
  • Hospital spawning system for both The Bay Care Center and Sandy Shores Medical Center. If PHMC is on-duty however, players will be forced to goto PHMC rather then spawning at Paleto or Sandy. If members of PHMC are off-duty, it will spawn the player to the nearest range hospital.

  • Sandy and Paleto spawns are now a thing for both new players and players returning to the game (meaning those that login, /changechar will not show the new spawn points). We are extremely excited about this specifically as it gives the County a larger presence rather then only spawning at a house, or the LS Airport if it's your first time creating a character. Thus, allowing the County to become more active straight off the bat.
    • Following this; we have added a "basic car" dealership at each spawn point, the same one that is at LS Airport for new players.

  • County Licensing Center & DMV. Players can now choose to get licenses in the County (specifically in Paleto). This allows for fresh new characters to not have to spawn in the City for one, and secondly, for those that mainly RP in the County, to not have to travel all the way down to Los Santos to obtain a simple license of choice.

  • County Impound Lot! As many of you requested, a County Impound lot has been added in Paleto. We have decided to section off a plot of land behind the church for the Impound Lot. LEO's, LSGOV & Civilians Tow Operators will be able to use the Impound Lot for a various of reasons. We feel this helps players stay locally within the County rather then having to make that drastic drive all the way towards Davis just to simply impound/tow a vehicle.

  • Added a synchronized NPC system to spawn NPCs ingame, only used for illegal fishing for now.
  • Added /k9 alias for /canine command.
  • Added BLANKS faction flag. This will allow faction members to use /blanks.
  • Added /resetcorpses for players to locally reload corpses around the map in case they will glitch out.
  • Added new speedbumps at ULSA
  • Restored bollards around the Vespucci Canals
  • Converted the Rockford Mall into a ymap, which will significantly improve the performance inside and eliminate falling through the floor
  • Added CCTV camera objects in the train interior

 

Changes

  • Removed 'You appear to already be online' 2 minutes cooldown in the authentication system.
  • Changed friends limit from 30 to 50.
  • Changed door locks in the main dimension into a dynamic system.
  • Clerk's message about turning off engine won't be directed to only one player (driver) but to the people in area too. It's low-ranged.

  • Few issues with position offsets in canine script should be fixed now.
