Mitch
Written by: LS Fire Foundation Press Office The Los Santos Fire Department Foundation is the official 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to supporting the men and women of the Los Santos Fire Department in supporting their mission to serve the areas of Los Santos and it's surrounding Counties. On the 12th of April 2023, the LS Fire Department and it's state partners at the Los Santos Police Department, LS County Sheriffs, San Andreas Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (SANFIRE) and Office of Emergency Services responded to initial reports of a property explosion in the area of Davis, Forum Drive. On arrival the Fire Department began immediately extinguishing the flames. Despite the immense efforts by the Los Santos Fire Department, the property was deemed lost and it began to collapse after crews extinguished the flames. The structure in question was revealed to belong to a LSFD Employee, a Probationary EMT Dayanara Garcia and her partner, LS County Sheriff Deputy Moustapha Jalal. The LS Fire Foundation immediately contacted them and began working on a fundraiser to get our heroes rehomed. Our main goals is to bring the community together to fundraise for our two Heroes and get them back on their feet, in a safe and warm home. Donation Goal: $250'000 Donations can be made to the LS Fire Foundation, website here 8 Link to comment
