The "S.B. 120 - STATE DEFENSE AND DETERRENCE OF TERRORISM ACT OF 2023 (SDDT Act of 2023)" aims to eliminate The American People's Civil Liberties, even more, preventing the People from influencing government decisions through "Coercion" or "Intimidation". To the average person, this is seen as preventing terrorists from committing acts of terrorism to alter the political decisions of the state. However, to an Awakened Mind, it is perceived as limiting and eliminating our Freedom of Assembly. What do THEY classify as "intimidation" or "coercion"? Peaceful protests? Strikes? Right to Bear Arms? Stand Your Ground Laws? Independent News Articles? Facebrowser posts? What really defines "Intimidation" and "Coercion"? We believe that this Act will be used to suppress and censor opinions and human beings that, in any way, are critical of the state. If your Freely Expressed ideas, in some way, motivates the People or influences Politicians to commit acts of change, even change that is for the benefit of the people while keeping these tyrants in line, then they can identify you as a terrorist. Think about Hitler, think about Mao, think about Stalin, think about Kim Jong-Un... what do all of these people have in common? The ability to suppress, arrest, torture, imprison, and murder disobedient opposition. To them, you must be an obedient little sheep, always submissive to big government and big corporations, instead of a conscious, self-thinking, self-aware, and free wolf of society. This is Manufactured Consent to infringe our Freedom of Expression, including Freedom of Assembly (To protest and strike), whether you like it or not.

Exchanging Liberty for Security, much like Mao, Stalin, Hitler, and Kim Jong-Un, is NOT the way to go, people. We must, at all costs, resist against the "S.B. 120 - STATE DEFENSE AND DETERRENCE OF TERRORISM ACT OF 2023 (SDDT Act of 2023)".

Nobody talks abt any of this cuz if u get down w the life and u talk every1 gonna see u a snitch and if uve been in the system and end up in the Sheriffs Depts jails they will just harass you more, deny you parole, deny accommodations etc find shitty reasons never to put homeboys on work details not enough staffing for visitations...

 

What happened on APRIL 29th 1992 repeated this year when the Sheriffs Dept OSS came and ran 2 days of back to back harassment of the local Little Seoul community which we call KTown for a reason. Jane Stout should answer for her crimes and so should every single deputy listed with them cuz all they do is put you to the wall tell you youre obstructing otherwise but unlucky for them they fucked up and did it to a good person whos been in Seoul for ages and thats Sophie Wu. The govt spends lost of money investing in our community center etc only for the police to keep coming n going.

 

If you do anything except walking in Little Seoul or around it theres 7 police dogs on every stop and they give you grief over every lil bit of weed u have even though thats a fine at best like just give me my fine and ill be on my way officer but no because theyre thugs and it doesnt matter to them what happens to you.

 

I wasnt here in 1992 but I know history speaks for itself and there are Brothers out there who can say the same thing despite the grief we caused each other. The govt will alaways try to divide us. 

 

AS PEOPLE and POCs especially we were asking with the Civil Rights Movement, with the Panthers, with the protests, with the Kordell Clarke riots earlier a few years back etc I mean the Sheriffs Dept really ran an operation called Operation Zookeeper in a black neighborhood and all it takes is a google search to show just how racist and stupid OSS is

 

We deff need police but we dont need the LSSD OSS, defund LSSD OSS, dont give them a budget to have enough to keep harassing communities and acting straight out of 1992 to begin with where they did nothing but harass ppl and never intervened because they need safe for them first not for us.

 

April 29th this month marks 31 years since the 1992 riots and how our community were in ruins. Asians from all sides need to come together just like every single community needs to come together and tell these stupid cops to end it for their own sake and that is thru one way only... sue... unite and radicalize the moderates and SUE their department until they need to pay so much of their budget on settlements that they wont have shit to make due with. Clog the courts with lawsuits so much that they cant deal with them anymore.
