JOB SUMMARY AND DUTIES

  • Spa Coordinator

Our spa is looking for a Spa Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to our clients. In this role, you will answer phones, book appointments, and perform other receptionist duties as needed. You will also direct clients to the proper areas upon arrival and provide information regarding our spa services. Our ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills and some related experience, such as in a receptionist role or an administrative role in a medical office.

  • Provide information to clients regarding spa services and memberships
  • Ensure the spa operations run smoothly

  • Registered Nurse

 As a medical spa nurse, your responsibilities include performing various client services, such as beauty and esthetician procedures, administering treatments, facilitating care for post-op patients, exam room sterilization and inventory, scheduling patients, and assisting during medical procedures.
