The car is literally brand new and since electric vehicles don’t have turbo’s and transmissions the performance package costs next to nothing compared to security. That’s not mentioning it being almost useless on Raiden’s anyway as it doesn’t impact the actual performance of the vehicle as it would on a combustion engine vehicle.
