/checkdirt - be accessible while standing outside of the vehicle but close

Detailed Description

Currently in order to use the command you need to actually either sit inside the vehicle, I know that /vex for example allows you to check the nearest vehicles examine. Would be awesome to have this functionality for /checkdirt
