Implement some /mask rule(s)

Coming from an RPer that only masks up when they’ve got a full-faced helmet on, and even then it’s only sometimes— no. 
 

I get that it’s cringe and yadda yadda but we’ve got enough red tape on shit. Let the cringelords do wtf they’re gonna do. It’s easier to tell they’re shit tier when they got that goofy mask name anyway

It's as simple as if you're not wearing a facial obstruction, don't wear one script wise. It doesn't need to be that complicated honestly.

I've seen people in hoodies, jeans, and ski masks all in black during the summer in 98° heat. People will go to any length to be a menace (or look like one).

 

I think it should stay an IC issue, personally. They're not going to stop doing it either way.
