A /tattoos command [similar to /examine or /attributes but specifically for tattoos]

I would rather have it the way /setinjuries work, tied to /attributes. So when you /examine someone, you see character description, tattoo description, drug use and injuries.

im just joshing ya haha just what it made me think of

 

bubbles imho clutter the screen, especially because of the chosen font and sizes the server uses (look at how obvious /ames are)
