Sometimes it can be boring, especially when we are actually roleplaying daily life. Plus roleplay doesn't stop when you close the door on your apartment.

Nobody knows what's going on behind the door if they are not there. So people can emulate taking pictures of themselves, as long as it's roleplayed beforehand or afterwards, that's really my only pet peeve in this matter.

Oh yes, definitely. But I think what she is implying that she enjoys doing Menyoo more than RPing in game.

I said this before and I will say it again. For fuckssake if people wanna sell pics of their chars. Take the pics on the server and IG, not using Menyoo. You can always edit them in photoshop. But anything that's sold on the web and wasn't acquired IG shouldn't be even considered as valid asset as it required no log in to the server where the roleplay happens.

This may only be an opinion but it's not a good one. People shouldn't be making characters that don't step foot on the server, correct. But plenty of completely valid roleplay is done off-server. Legal faction forums, certain jobs like Graphic Design have a whole lot of off-server work and are sold in-game, despite the work not being done on-server. Legal battles, criminal courts, etc—all done on forums and out  of the game.

They require aspects of the game, correct—but so does Menyoo as long as it's roleplayed correctly. Advocating for something to be invalid just because it wasn't ingame is a silly opinion as it adds restrictions on more than just posing bs.

And? Who cares, what are you gate-keeping from them exactly here? That they find x more enjoyable than y? If it's done correctly, so-be-it.

I am not a gatekeeping; I simply do not comprehend it. If you join or participate in a Roleplay community, aren't you expected to participate in Roleplay?

I am aware that court rp is hosted on the forum, however it is crucial to realize that this is due to logistical considerations. Menyoo companies do offer opportunities for assets which should be put in the economy but it isnt.

However, your characters should exist on the server.

Well we have animation editor, now you can still use photoshop to edit clothed parts. You don't really need mods, but I am not an expert. That's just my opinion. But I guess it's alright, as what matters to me, is the Roleplay. I did roleplay a porn actress and we did roleplay every scene before they were actually created so it's alright 🙂

I have more than 1000 custom animations on my PC, most of those animations, if not almost all of them, can't be added to GTAW for one reason or another, either because they are very explicit or because they don't make sense or fit in rp scenes.

It's easier using mods than photoshopping clothes, less time consuming.

And yeah, I also had a porn actress, we worked for the same business, I rp'ed every scene then and now, then I recreate them with menyoo xD

Aren't you supposed to be roleplaying in the server? If you aren't having fun, then you clearly are doing something wrong.

I have tried too many times, but for various reasons I'm unable to find people when I can play or that are according to my standards, not easy to play when there is no one on the server, my schedule doesn't allow me to play when there are businesses open (7- 11pm server time)

• I don't like dollhousing (RP'ng in interiors all day and every day, people stopped rp'ng with me because of this.)

• I don't do erp every day, I don't mind doing erp but I'm not on the server to accept booty calls. (People do this and they don't want to do other things so they stop rp'ng with me.)

• Like I said, I can't play when everything is open IC, sometimes I can play at night but there is another problem, I don't know anyone, so I can't RP with anyone, I used to play with a groups of players but they Namechanged so they're gone. There are no businesses open so I can't met anyone, and many groups don't accept new people, I remember PM'ng people to see if they are a group RP'ng X thing and they didn't even reply back.

• As a legal and civil character, there is no RP, if you don't like going to nightclubs (it's not my case, in my case it's that I don't know anyone and the few I know never want to go), bars, etc, the only thing that you can do is ERP, interior RP, or propose adventures that many players find boring.

• Join a faction? Would be nice but I don't find any of them attractive (They're not bad, I just don't like them or I've already RP¡ed that on SAMP or on GTAV servers), there is no freedom to create factions (serious ones) because "tHeRe iS not X iN LA" makes me always see the same factions over and over again, and I'm just not interested because I'd get bored.

Before I had fun uploading screenies to Facebrowser, but the snowflakes reporting a cleavage made me move to another platform like AdmireMe, using Menyoo is fun, it consumes my time but it's time I'm having fun, it's not time I waste being bored like It happens to me when I try to RP on GTAW (reasons given above).

Now both are gone, so I'll move to a different game/games, I'm currently RP'ng on another game where I don't have the problems mentioned above.

And yeah, I'll be honest with this, but I've been using AdmireMe as a hobby, I never cared about money, I don't use it, I was using the platform for fun, and yes, my character exists on the server, my character was created 2-3 years ago.

I'm really and honestly glad that people are having fun on GTAW, I'm envious of those people, unfortunately it's not like that for me, and it's a shame, because I love RP, it's the game mode I've wasted the most hours in all of my life.

That, may have been worded badly I admit. What I meant is, that a character that only exists to haul money...is not a good idea imo. And I mean it, not as in rping, but never setting a foot on the server. But then again, if you have those and never been to server, that's kinda counterproductive isn't. As for roleplay, roleplay isn't limited to group activity. You honestly don't need other people for roleplaying @Jennie. My character for example works as HR, which means, that they spend most of their time in the office, alone. Where I am alt-tabbed sorting out applications on faction Forums, but even so. I roleplay my character as daily life. Going shopping, sitting down in a cafe and working on a laptop or tablet, meeting with friends or co-workers if they are online, if there's no one my character knows, I am not panicking. After all the story is mine.
