Shun is an American photographer, born in Japan but raised in the US from a young age. Following high school where Shun took an early liking to photography he bagged a job with a nationally renowned company, Digital Den, at their Morningwood branch. Here he took numerous commissions from all types of people, this gave him the chance to expand his portfolio and learn genres. After half a year the branch closed due to management issues leaving Shun jobless and in a rush to make ends meet.

Here he reached out to the network he'd built up at Digital Den and secured a position at Fukaru's mechanic garage, working up from the bottom to become a Senior Mechanic by the end of his tenure with Fukaru. As the business pushed the boundaries they ended up creating a racing team and entered SAMRA's Pfister and Kanjo cup. Here Shun would go on to provide photography coverage for the events and learn that his love for cars and motorsports ran deeper than he could have ever anticipated.

 

Eventually harder times met Shun and he once again was facing a business closure and being made redundant as Fukaru shut down. He took a gap year away in Japan to reset himself mentally before returning to the USA the following year. Upon his return he secured a position with SAMRA as an Event Photographers with the help of his old friend Ashley Wrights recommendation.

Now days Shun considers himself a full time photographer and is currently working towards owning a studio of his own in Los Santos. Despite being full time, Shun still offers commissions, mostly because of the enjoyment he gets from helping others capture special moments and the networking it offers him.
