LSPD's Metropolitan Division are deployed to Eclipse Towers after a report of a hostage situation. On arrival, there are a number of bodies outside the building along with shell casings.

SWAT, along with negotiators from the LSPD's Crisis Negotiation Team, are unable to make contact with the victims inside the property so a breach plan is formed. The property is cleared with a total of five deceased in Eclipse Towers.
