illegal faction members cant get PF/CCW/GC

unless they changed it after i left FLD, i think it's only members of street gangs that can't. OCG/MC is fine iirc

If they are riding with guns and the serials are still on it that's extra, but there's strawman schemes and weapon specialists with abilities just to remove serials from firearms for that reason.

+1 This is a clear way that we can keep Illegal factions from abusing the PF system and not realistically roleplaying what a criminal would do. Making the PF guns simply "Ghost guns" without serials is the best bet.

The rule says that illegal factions can't use their own PF licenses to supply their group w/ guns. That rule put in when everyone could sell their PF guns. People were using it to supply their own gangs & circumvent needing a plug.

Now everyone has to contact FM and request if they can sell their own PF guns so that original issue is probably solved.

 

So yeah. I figured criminals could have PF licenses, they just couldn't sell the guns or supply their gang with it.
The FLD site does say that street gang members can't have one at all though.

The only illegal groups who can't get one are street gangs like others said. Coming from someone who used to be in fld: pf abuse is very annoying and hard to catch. Most of the time the damage is done by the time its found out so yeah. Giving more people access to said guns is not a good idea.

whats the point of having illegal firearm suppliers if anyone can just get a pistol from their nearest gun store
