Euro Enterprises is one of San Andreas' largest sports-betting and gaming groups, operating both in San Andreas and in Liberty. 

 

Our strategy and vision
To reflect the fundamental changes that have taken place both within our business and in the wider industry, in November 2022 we unveiled a new strategic vision and fresh corporate identity, with the Group being renamed Euro Enterprises.

Our ambition is to be the world leader in sports betting and gaming interactive entertainment. In order to achieve this while delivering long-term value for all of our key stakeholders, we have a clear strategy across two broad pillars: sustainability and growth.

 



Sustainability: a new charter to ensure our long-term success

We have long held the view that the most sustainable business in our industry will be the most successful business in our industry. With that in mind our new Sustainability Charter is based on five cornerstones:

 

1. An exclusive focus on regulated markets
By the end of 2023, 100% of our revenues will be from regulated markets, which means that we are exiting markets in which there are currently no viable paths to regulation.  By the end of 2022, 99% of our revenue will be from nationally regulated or regulating markets, and we will work closely with regulatory authorities in the remaining 1% towards the highest regulatory standards.  If it becomes apparent that regulation in those markets is unlikely, we will exit them.


2. Continuing to take the lead on responsible gambling
Ensuring the highest possible levels of player safety and protection is the best way of guaranteeing our long-term success. Our technology enables us to continuously upgrade and personalise our protections for customers.


3. Pursuing the highest standards of corporate governance
We recognise that to be a leading company we need to adhere to the highest standards of governance in all areas of our operations.  Our board has been strengthened and revitalised over the last two months, notably with Lucien Berjouhie becoming Chairman in December 2022.  We now have a robust corporate governance structure and policies in place that befit our status as a leading company.  As the board and nominations committee is focused on bringing greater diversity to the organisation, it is anticipated that further changes will be made to the board’s membership in due course.


4. Investing in our people and local communities
We have a long history of recruiting, retaining and nurturing the best people in our industry as well as a commitment to diversity, looking after our people, and creating the best place to work.

Board Diversity Policy
 

The Board Diversity Policy sets out the Board of Euro Enterprises' approach to diversity and inclusion. It further provides an overview of the Board’s approach to diversity and inclusion in senior management roles which is governed through the Group’s policies.

 

Purpose
1. The Board believes an inclusive and diverse membership results in optimal decision-making and assists in the development and execution of a strategy which promotes the success of Euro Enterprises plc for the benefit of its stakeholders.


2. Valuing inclusion and diversity is one of the core principles of Euro Enterprises Global Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy which applies to everyone who works for us or does business with us and which has been implemented as part of Euro Enterprises Code of Conduct. This Board Diversity Policy is applicable to the Board only but sits alongside Euro’s Code of Conduct and the Group’s policies, which set out Euro’s broader commitment to inclusion and diversity. Other details of Euro Enterprises' practices, initiatives, and balance in relation to inclusion and diversity are disclosed in Euro’s Annual Report.

 

Policy Statement
3. The Board believes that:

  • Membership of the Board should include a diverse mixture of skills, professional and industry backgrounds, geographical experience and expertise, gender, tenure, demographics, disability, ethnicity and diversity of thought;
  • A diverse Board with a range of views, insights, perspectives and opinions will improve its decision making and be of benefit to Euro’s shareholders, customers.
  • A culture of inclusion and diversity is promoted by a clear tone from the top, with the Board and Executive Committee championing diversity and inclusion in support of Euro’s values.

Banner Resort & Casino

Liberty City's first Resort & Casino and the anchor partnered property of Euro Enterprises in Liberty, currently the only licensed business in the city where you could gamble. The Banner building possesses 50 floors which include:

  • Casino Floors & Event hall.
  • Steakhouse
  • Spa Floor
  • Hotel Floors

The Banner Resort & Casino board of directors is currently in partnership with Euro Enterprises while the currently acting CEO and Board of Directors member Lucien Berjouhie oversees the Banner weekly openings.
