/vget - allow spawning vehicles in DIM0 if you already have five spawned inside an interior!

Detailed Description

Currently, once you spawn five vehicles inside your interior (garage, car dealership etc) and go outside (Dimension 0) and try spawning it'll notify you have reached the five vehicle limit while inside the interior the limit does not exist.

 

A simple solution would be, allow /vget to check how many vehicles are spawned in Dimension 0, ignoring anything spawned inside interiors. And if you already have five vehicles in Dimension 0, exiting with a vehicle from interior will be me with either automatic despawn once you're (including your employees if they try taking a car outside and you already spawned five outside) outside or a message preventing you going outside.
