The Rollin 30s Original Harlem Crips are a primarily but not exclusively African-American street-gang located on the Westside of South Central, Los Santos. Their territory starts at Brouge Avenue, and stretches through Covenant Avenue. Their territory ends at Roy Lowenstein Boulevard. The Rollin 30’s associate themselves, and fall under Rolling O’s but this specific group doesn’t claim Neighborhood Crip, but instead adopted the Original Harlem Crips. The Rollin 30s are usually seen sporting Texas Rangers, and Detroit Tigers gear. Since the Rollin 30s are right in the heart of South Central, they have a lot of enemies and a few allies. They’re main allies consist of: All Bloods, all Hoover Criminals, and most Sureno gangs in the area. They also have tension with most Gangster Crips as well. Even though they have tension with some groups that claim the number 3, they’ll never be seen putting a K behind any 3, just for the simple fact that they also use the number 3. Covenant Avenue is known as one of the most dangerous streets in South Central, Los Santos, said by Richard Kaff, a blogger for the Los Santos Times. The Rollin 30s are known to run this street, and claim it to be ‘The Set’. They’ve been known to distribute narcotics all throughout the streets of Los Santos as well as firearms. This very street has housed many well known rappers of the South Central area. The Rollin 30s Original Harlem Crips were established sometime around the late 1980s by many younger affiliates who were known to loiter ‘Covenant Avenue’ and other surrounding streets. Covenant Ave is a stronghold for the Rollin 30s, they’ve been seen handling official put-on’s as well as DP’s (disciplinary punishments) there, they’ve also can be seen distributing narcotics throughout the park and on the corners of the streets surrounding the area. Each member of the Rollin 30 Harlem Crips are very close with each other, they’ve all attended the same schools with each other as well as fought battles against rival gangs with each other. They have been posted on LS Hood Media multiple times and can be seen either talking disrespectful to their opposition as well as handing out beatings to many of them if found in their territory.

In 2015 at a local party in the Covenant area a member of the Rollin 30s Original Harlem Crips noticed his girlfriend dancing with a member of a rival gang. Words were exchanged between the men and came to find out the  duo was fooling around with the same female. This small argument became even larger as members from both groups began to jump in and as strangers around the party instigated the situation. This led to multiple firearms being drawn and a couple of shots being let off, clearing out the party. These “couple” of shots left one male from Rollin 30s dead; and when other members from Rollin 30s found out about the death, most blamed the Van Ness Gangster Brims for being too hotheaded and hostile and decided that they were going to retaliate. This birthed the All Slob Murderer (ASM) group, a group of young teens seeking revenge for their deceased friend.

ALL SLOB MURDERERS (ASM)

know.pngThe All Slob Murderers (ASM) are a fairly new clique in the Rollin 30s Original Harlem Crip group. It’s made up of younger Rollin 30s Original Harlem Crip members. The name of this clique explains a lot, they push the Blood Killer (BK) moniker and take all of the consequences behind it. From 2016 - Present the crime rate in South Central spiked, as a result from the 2015 shooting. After the shooting the 30s took out their anger on all bloods, even some blood sets that weren't involved with the murder. As time flew by, older members from Rollin 30s were detained, leaving the reckless Bandits to roam unsupervised. These teens became more and more sloppier and South Central turned into a hotspot for police arrest. With no guidance the Rollin 30s Original Harlem Crips are nothing more than any other gang in South Central, Los Santos, a gang with no central leadership and no vision or goals. With the older generation of Harlem Crip members either detained or too centered around their dependence on drugs for the expectation of the group's future. It left a gap in the program; less put-ons, less hustlers, and less African-American teens making it past 18.  Most members of the Rollin 30s are known by the police through arrest and are between the ages of 13 and 20. The majority of members have deep family ties or friendships within existing gang members.  Most of the older gang members have been taken down by the Gang and Narcotics division of Los Santos and have, since then, never been seen again. Leaving the 30s with a few older and mostly young members, the area has turned into a crime infested place, with several shootings, robbing's, attempted murders, murders and a known drug dealing spot shared through social media, and mouth-to-mouth. Over the last couple weeks, the 30s have been more active and dominant.
