The East Side Mob Pirus also known as Insane Mob Gang (IMG) is a predominantly African American Piru gang in the Davis part of South Los Santos. The Mob Piru gang originated from the Lueders Park Pirus but only gained notoriety in the ninety's due to various activities legal and illegal activities including the distribution of firearms and drug trafficking. Before the Mob Pirus became their own gang they were a part of the bigger Eastside Barson Pirus, protecting themselves and local neighbors from Crip gangs that wanted to terrorize the residents in different neighborhoods.

"Operation Kilen Court"
As the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) built a case collecting evidence on the Mob Piru gang for seven months. Making several raids on apartments and houses the LSPD arrested twenty-four Mob Piru gang affiliates and seized eighteen illegal firearms. After the operation went successful the LSPD stated to the public saying that the Mob Piru gang has been terrorizing the Roy Lowenstein boulevard neighborhoods for months with drug distribution, discharging firearms, and assaulting residents.

The Mob Pirus are usually seen in South Los Santos in the Roy Lowenstein boulevard district. Their membership consists of young African-American adults doing legal and illegal activities around Roy Lowenstein boulevard such as drug trafficking, and armed robbery in the streets of Barson (Bompton). They nearly war with every close-by gang starting with a major rivalry between the Lueders Park Pirus and other Carson Crip and Carson Varrio gangs such as Santana Blocc Carson Crips, Lynwood Neighborhood Crips, Carson Varrio 3, Carson Varrio Limas Street, and Palm and Oak Gangster Crip.
