is there a guide to the face customization?

i dont understand how to use this complicated ass system, they remove /surgery. i just came back after 2 years not playing so a lot change

I think /surgery still exists.

It's not that much compicated but no, there is no guide sadly. Just get a random face then go to a plastic surgery (A little white man on your map) and then do /surgery

You can choose to get a random face when you start a character, it's a good way to go building your own not from scratch, sometimes it tends to be all the same when do it that way.

I'm also someone who struggles A LOT when creating a new character, sometimes I even give up and just finish the creation without bothering to fix it. Sometimes i'm lucky and my character looks cute, sometimes, eh.. she looks like Shrek. ;(

Creating a face from scratch is a good way at the start but there's also a surgeon(white stick figure) icon that you can go to.

After pressing Y near the blue pinpoint inside the building it should show you a set up on customizing your face with different parents to switch from.

The system might be a little complex but nothing works better than a little bit of trial and error, after all that's what makes you good at stuff.
