The role and key tasks
The position of Lot Manager in Los Santos Auto Group is a key figure that works with the dealership management and sales staff. The Lot Manager is in charge of checking new vehicles and making sure that they meet the dealership's standards, and then correctly position them in the lot. In general, the tasks of this role are:

  • Checking the conditions of new vehicles and report certain problems, such as the maintenance light on, to the management;
  • Perform a quick check of the interior and exterior of the vehicle and proceed, if necessary, with an in-depth cleaning at our detailing station;
  • Refill the vehicles gas tank, keeping them always 90% full;
  • Adjust the dealership's vehicle lot to fit the new vehicles following a criteria. (Expensive vehicles in the center, affordable vehicles to the sides, vehicle parked in the correct category);
  • Report in our intranet about activities done during the work-time and mark which vehicles have been taken care of.

 

The Lot Manager has the ability to make their own work schedule. They are required check-in at the dealership at least four days a week. Overtime is paid.

 

Selection process and requirements

Requirements

Basic requirements:

  • At least 21 years old or older;
  • In posses of the San Andreas driving license;
  • Good standing (tattoos are allowed as long as they are not gang affiliated or offensive ones);
  • No violent and vehicular related felonies;
  • No recent vehicular misdemeanors.


Section 1: Application

The applicant shall submit their application making sure to include: a letter of presentation, education, and previous experiences. Section 2: Interview

Shall the applicant meet the requirements and have a satisfactory application, they will receive a response to their application within 48 hours. A positive response will be accompanied by an invite to meet our HR Manager for an interview. The interview serves the purpose for the candidate to get to know the dealership more in-depth and vice versa. Specific terms of the contract will be discussed in this phase.

 

Section 3: Contract

Shall the interview be successful, the applicant will be invited for a second time at the dealership for a second time, this time to sign the contract and for the induction.

 

Salary and bonuses
Lot Managers that have been recently inducted will be compensated a weekly pay of $30,000 plus overtime. The internship period has a minimum duration of two (2) weeks. Shall no serious problems arise during the internship period, the Lot Manager will be moved to permanent contract and will be compensated $40,000/week plus overtime and the following bonuses:

  • Three vehicle lots at the dealership for extra passive income. You will be allowed to buy up to three vehicles and put them for sale at the dealership. This bonus is granted only after you are instructed on how to evaluate and buy a vehicle on your own;
  • Employee discounts at the dealership.

The role and key tasks
The sale staff is the front face of the business and represents the business throghout their activities. They are mainly in charge of greeting and guiding our customers in the purchase of a vehicle, and guiding them through the relative paperwork. The general tasks, but are not limited to, are:

  • Greeting and guiding customers to the purchase of a vehicle, and provide all the necessary information the customer may be in need of;
  • Take care of test drive requests;
  • Assisting the customer through the relative paperwork to buy a vehicle;
  • Respond to the online tickets / live chats;
  • Liase with the rest of the team shall the customer have request that are out of the scope of this job listing.

Salary and bonuses
The pay is commission based. It is 45% of the profit off each sale.

Members of the sale staff will be given different opportunities to earn more money through their job at Los Santos Auto Group as they acquire more experience.
