Mandatory forum account/ucp link to prevent dorks that hide behind fresh alt forum accounts from shitting up threads

do not like this idea. after posting about my girlfriend cheating on me with a LSPD Lieutenant I have received a large amount of hate. In the future I would like the opportunity to post about these matters anonymously.

I see where you are coming from. Personal matters like these can become ugly very fast on the forums but my suggestion doesn't necessarily mean that the UCP name will be visible to everyone but rather only to administrators, and I would sincerely hope that none of this hateful bullying you were exposed to came from our staff team.

I agree with this. It's a hassle sometimes to find a player's forum account when it isn't linked.

Same I did not know you can just make random forum alts.

When you are in process of creating UCP, you shouldn't be able to make an application until your UCP is linked to the forum account which means you have to create one. I have seen too many alt account users derailing threads, posting off-topic comments and so many more. It's kinda annoying.
