I saw some nice designs in the thread above and people were requesting the editable versions, so here is a link to Dropbox where you can download my source files.

If you don't use Photoshop, you can also edit the files in your browser using Photopea.

Once customized, feel free to post the outcome here! Also, here is a quick guide for those who want to add this as a note item in game:

1. Buy a note
2. Check the ID of the note using /myitemsex
3. Add a name that will be displayed in your inventory instead of "Note", such as "Identification Card" - /note ID 1 Name Identification Card
4. [Optional] Select an icon using /notepicker and then type /note ID 1 icon
5. Upload your image. Once uploaded, right click it and open the image in a new tab. Copy the URL and type /note ID 1 content IMGLINK in game.
