Restricted faction concept on Nortenos

Norteno gangs staying away from the city for the most part, only beefing with Sureno gangs that operate outside the city aswell (and having proper reasons to beef with them other than 'our big homies don't like their big homies'), Norteno gangs acting like Nortenos and not just red wearing versions of Surenos (being more defensive than aggressive, being more diverse with members of various races, their members speaking, dressing and acting more like African American gangsters than Mexican gangsters among other things)

Basically Ceasefire. No reason to actually beef  sureños unless strictly needed. Same from Sureños not to look over them.

Yet would be interestings for Norteños to actually RP moving drugs from the outside to the city itself. That could be a interesting way to see it. and bring them into the big scheme, not isolating them as many might be concerned.

So that basically restricts them to Paleto Bay, right?

That would be interesting indeed, I'm not saying they shouldn't be allowed in the city, operations like that in my opinion would do more good than bad.

Sorry, about what specifically?  No reason to actually beef  sureños unless strictly needed? I think in the hands of the wrong people, this is too thin of a barrier. All it takes is one confrontation and people will take it as an excuse to go to war. You know how incredibly easy players escalate situations here. A fender bender is enough reason for them to escalate, further escalate, and then its a war zone.

More like no beef unless it's strictly approved by IFM, otherwise there's a ceasefire since the beginning. But more like norteño territory being the outer towns and they could reach the city for business activities.

Perhaps IFM can weigh in on this idea. I'd prefer this over restricting concepts outright.

You'd have to get a group that can properly portray the Nuestra Familia before ever creating any Norteno gangs, as well as the fact they would have to automatically have distribution status of some type of narcotic or else it would look goofy as if they were some type of random gang trying to get started on the server when they're actually the mother faction to the Norteno's as the Mexican Mafia is to the Sureno's. There would have to be a lot of discussion behind it I'm sure.
