To be fair? Any uniform but most LSSD and LSPD. Why not the latter two? Because, in my opinion, most of their uniform is pretty basic and typical (all black/blue, all tan/dark green) without much uniqueness except METRO and TRAFFIC uniforms (where they use utility and all that).

 

I like SAPR, SFM and Pillbox most. They use unique color and design.
