@jarmin_russ For modding realistic and beautiful lighting on most emergency vehicles with nice patterns. For modding and fixing countless broken emergency vehicles in the past to this present. Without him, I doubt most emergency vehicles would look nice as they are now.

@jarmin_russ for making/assisting the majority of the PD fleet (Cara, Torrence, Alamo, Scout, etc.) and doing them properly and most of the FD fleet.  It's very easy to tell the difference between the Russ vehicles and non-russ vehicles in PD when it comes to quality and refinement.
