Make Drug Screen Effects Stay Permanently Until Turned Off

Detailed Description

Have the screen effects of drugs stay permanently until manually turned off via /stopeffect.

How will it benefit the server?

There is already a command to manually have the effects stop. There is no reason for them to be put on a countdown at which point they automatically stop, which currently is only about a minute, maybe two after taking the drugs.

Screen effecst are -for those that can stomach them- a great help to be further immersed into the drug usuage roleplay and also help with properly displaying the movements and driving of a character who is on said drugs.

You don't stay high forever when you take drugs. If your character is an addict just keep buying drugs and use them each time your character starts to sober up.

Would be acceptable if the screen effects at least stayed for the full 120 minutes the game tells you you're high.


However, right now it disappears after a single minute, maybe two.

This really.

I'm not saying it's Carry giving young girls drugs but I have heard feedback from various sides in the past years expressing disappointment that the funny effects to roleplay with do not actually last (as drugs are designed for combat sadly 🙄).

 

Needless to point out, it would be an appealing change for everyone who roleplays around drugs without regular violent encounters as main reason for the own character's consume.

Which is technically the target audience the gangsters need as end consumers.
