1955 - 1970

The Vietnam war commenced on the 1st November 1955 and shortly after Hank Hall the father of The Hall Boys, was shipped off to Vietnam. Around the same time his father James Hall, a WWII veteran began riding with The San Andreas chapter of The Hell's Angels MC. Whilst Hank was fighting in the Vietnam war, his father was working hard to climb the ranks of the fast-growing MC and by 1961 had reached the rank of Sergeant-At-Arms. The same year, Hank was promoted to Sergeant and re-deployed into Laos to serve in the Laos Civil War. hank hall sr.jpg

James' rank within The Hell's Angels opened the door for his brothers and cousins to start riding with the MC, within a year of his promotion another 5 members of the Hall family where also riding with the MC. Being the oldest, patched and ranking member of the family; James began to use the power vested to him through family-right to manipulate and deviously harvest power from within the MC. In 1964 James Hall along with his brother Otto and two Hall cousins, murdered Hell's Angels treasurer Frank Yates in an power-move attempt to gain more holding over the chapter. Not long after the hit, one of the cousins, Thomas Hall, turned on them and informed the MC President which resulted in the MC murdering James, Otto and both of the cousins including Thomas. They called it the "Hall infestation".

Hank Hall would return to the states on vacation from his service twice a year, in 1963 he met Anne-Marie Jones in a Paleto Bay bar whilst out drinking with his friends. They began to write eachother whilst Hank was on service and throughout the next 6 years the duo entered a long-distance relationship. Hank expressed his desire to marry Anne-Marie on his return, she promised to wait for him.

In 1969, now E-7 US Army Sergeant-First-Class Hank Percavil Hall was hit three times by AK-47 fire in an ambush by the Pathet Lao. The bullets struck his lower back, hip and crotch; shattering his pelvis. He was discharged from the army and withdrew back into the States where he received medical attention for 5 months. Upon returning to the United States, Hall was awarded; The Purple Heart Military Decoration, The Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, The Vietnam Military Merit Medal and most importantly the Medal of Honor. After 14 years of service in the Vietnam War, Hank Hall was now 32 years old and prominently disabled due to his mental and psychical injuries. Regardless, his long-term girlfriend Anne-Marie agreed to marry him and 1 year after his return they where married. Hank was unable to work, nor was he able to walk without aid; however the couple lived comfortably with the financial aid awarded to Hank following his medical discharge.

1970 - 1980

The couple bought a small Ranch in Grapeseed and started to have children in 1974 and quickly gave birth to Jeremy Hall, 2 years later Hank Hall Jr. Their family looked perfect, despite Hank's disabilities he was for the most part optimistic about the future. Three years after the birth of Hank they had another child, a beautiful daughter, Marie Hall. This completed the family, Anne-Marie had always wanted a daughter and this blonde-haired-blue-eyed bundle-of-joy was all they where praying for. The family started to have minor financial struggles as the US entered into recession, Anne-Mariegrapeseed.jpg.78ef22cf376ce0a8394c26b31819202a.jpg began to work at the Grapeseed General Store on 10-12 hours shifts regularly. The family was financial stable and healthy, the boys where growing into strong and capable men and the girl was healthy and happy. Hank Hall started to enquire into his father's death in 1980 and quickly found out what happened, finding out that his father was killed by the Hell's Angels. Shortly after finding out, Hank exerted all attempts at reaching the President and murdered 20 year old Prospect Jason Hayes when he refused to sell out his location. The MC figured it out and the same year kidnapped the Hall baby, 1 year old Marie Hall and brutally murdered her.

1980 - 1990

Following the death of their daughter, the Hall parents fell into a depression. They began to abuse drugs suchas; heroin, crack cocaine, and methamphetamines. For the majority of the early 80s, Hank would spend his time shooting-shit with like-minded Vietnam veteran drug-addicts and Anne-Marie attempted to hold down a normal life whilst abusing the drugs.

The children Jeremy and Hank Hall Jr. would spend the majority of their time outside and would become somewhat reckless, they would conspire with their cousins to mug vulnerable people including Blaine County tourists and elderly. Eventually they began to deal with heroin, crack cocaine and methamphetamines themselves; unbeknownst to their parent's addiction. Towards the end of the decade, Hank and Anne-Marie Hall decided to start having children again in hopes of having another daughter, or possibly extended state benefits.

In 1990 they gave birth to Richard Percavil Hall, the new addition to the family significantly changed the dynamic of the family and the couple began to pull out of their depression; the grip of their addictions started to relinquish slightly. The duo continued to try for babies with numerous failed attempts, Anne-Marie visited a fertility clinic to find her womb and reproductive capabilities where extremely and somewhat shockingly healthy for her age and the cause of the failed pregnancy attempts where duo to Hank's diet and lifestyle.

Hank began to amend this, exercising on a regular basis so that the duo could further grow their family.

1990 - 2000

From 1990 to 2000 the couple birthed numerous children in an attempt of birthing a daughter, 11 to be exact. First was Peterimage.jpeg.4f6c2ff81dc766ff588b55079a8c9988.jpeg Hall in 1992, then Samuel, Derek and Clyde. Shortly after Clyde's birth Jeremy and Hank Hall Jr. was involved with an altercation with The Hell's Angels MC, they had found out that they where Hall boys and the MC ordered all of the MC ride-alongs and prospects to mess with them; robbing and beating them on any occasion. After the second robbery attempt, a 20-year-old Hank Hall and 22-year-old Jeremy Hall attempted to kidnap and rob a prospected member of the Hell's Angels. After being given a location, they rolled up expecting to find a solitary Hell's Angel prospect, Jeffery Boonie, and instead found over 16 patched members, each with their chopper. Upon being spotted, one of the bikers had pulled out a M1911 and fired numerous rounds into Jeremy's car. The first bullet struck Hank Jr. in the head, the rest littered the car with bullets. Jeremy escaped with only one gun shot to the right upper-arm, he never received medical attention and was treated at home by his father Hank Hall. They buried Hank Hall Jr. in their garden 4 days later.

The Hall parents went on to have more babies until Anne-Marie hit menopause in 1999, the couple where still addicted to crack cocaine and heroin and following the news that they would not be able to have any more children; their drug abuse skyrocketed. Financially supporting 13 children meant that the family became extremely poor, with a complete economic and mental depression the couple begin to fall into despair. As the new millennium rolled around, the couple began to transition from smoking heroin, to shooting it.

2000 - 2005

In 2005 the family was completely bankrupt and was only being supported by Jeremy Hall, the eldest brother and reputable Blaine County drug-trafficker. Numerous Hall family members where involved in drug-trafficking, the majority of which descended from Hank's uncles and brothers. Despite money not being an issue for Jeremy, he still felt some resentment towards his parents for the way that they raised him. He refused to give them money and only supplied for his brothers, taking the roll as family-head long before the demise of his father.image.jpeg.ecdae109047e74468fcef30783a2a817.jpeg

Not long after the 4th of July 2005, Hank and Anne-Marie began to have significant marriage problems as Hank had been involving himself more with the Blaine County community of addicts. It was around this time he fell in love with a 25 year old heroin addict from Paleto Bay, keeping it a secret from his wife. Without money and crumbling health, Hank spent a drug-hazed week in Los Santos where he made a connection with a Los Santos pimp; striking a deal to sell his wife into human-trafficking. Hank sold Anne-Marie into a prostitution ring for $7,500. A 31 year old Jeremy Hall found out instantly, he beat his father to death that night, then rounded up his brothers and made way to Los Santos on a Greyhound. The brother moved himself and his 11 brothers into a 2 bedroom flat on Davis Avenue. The majority of the boys began to sell drugs under their brother Jeremy, who was working in a garage whilst selling Blaine County sourced drugs such as; Meth, Crack, and Heroin. He figure headed the group of teenage orphans, teaching them how to be effective in crime and how to get away with it. He would work endless hours to ensure the security of his little brothers. His efforts formed an extreme bond and loyalty between the brothers.

The Hall Brothers - Los Santos

Background History

2005-2010

On their arrival into Los Santos; the oldest brother Jeremy was 31, then it was Richard who was 15, and Peter who was 13. The youngest was Norman, he was only 6. Between Richard and Jeremy there was a child for almost every year. Jeremy was building his reputation as a drug-dealer throughout Davis and Strawberry, he refused to let his younger brothers sell Crack, Heroin, or Meth and instead supplied them with Cocaine and Marijuana to sell in expensive areas and around clubs during the night. Richard and Peter would work closely together, keeping their younger siblings behind.

Jeremy's presence as a crack & heroin dealer within gang-ridden Davis was an extremely risky game, the majority of the crackheads he was serving where already customers of gang-affiliated drug dealers who had a lock on their area. The majority of his customers where also customers of members of the AD9 (All Day Niners) gang, sub-set of a Carson Hoover Criminal set. The gang began to case Jeremy out after being tipped off by a crackhead, they managed to figure out the situation; learning about the existence of the brothers and their Blaine County origins. In late 2007, the gang robbed Jeremy and warned him of an ill-fate should he continue to sell drugs in Davis. Despite their warning, Jeremy persisted to sell drugs within their hood, to their customers. The AD9 gang kidnapped Jeremy in early 2008, murdering him in cold-blood.

Following Jeremy's death, Richard and Peter Hall made the decision to tell the brothers what happened so that no matter what; there was transparency and foresight. Not long after his murder, members of the AD9 would hang around 0432 Davis Avenue, the Hall residence. 18-year-old Richard and 16-year-old Peter picked up on this quickly, eventually they too where robbed by the gang. Once the identity of the gang was confirmed, Ritchie and Pete called a meeting with 14-year-olds; Samuel, Derek, and Clyde Hall where they informed the trio of their involvement in the retaliation and supplied them with orders attributing to their roles.

The five brothers travelled by Greyhound to Blaine County where they met with their cousins, there they purchased 5 Glock 19's along with an ample supply of ammunition, and retrieved their father's car which had been sitting in the garage of their old home. They returned to Los Santos without problem, and on the night of the 6th November 2008 Peter baited three gang members by obviously meeting a customer on the street adjacent to AD9 turf. As the three AD9 members pulled up to Peter, Richard served around the corner in the minivan, Samuel and Clyde was in the the back. They all pulled weapons and forced the trio into the car, subsequentially duct taping their hands, feet and mouths. They travelled back up to Blaine County where they met Derek and their old-derelict family home. Once the AD9 trio where in the house, they began to torture them for hours in sight of receiving a picture and the name of their older brother's murderer. Samuel, Clyde, and Derek where made to keep watch and secure the scene whilst Richard and Peter tortured the trio. Throughout the process, they had broken all of each one of their fingers, sliced their faces, and beaten each one senseless. Eventually the youngest of the trio revealed the name of the murderer however did not have a picture, The Hall Boys forced them outside, untaped them, and left them in Blaine County as they took return to Los Santos.

After returning the Los Santos the brothers began their search for Jamari Kene, a 22 year old AD9 gangster. They eventually found his street name; Bunny through FaceBrowser. It was around the same time that when they begin searching the streets for Jamari, the previously kidnapped AD9 trio returned to Davis informing their gang of what happened to them. Luckily, Richard and Peter managed to track Jamari down and kidnap him before he found them. They took him under an overpass on the LS Canal towards Mirror Park, right next to a homeless man's tent. They questioned him until he admitted the murder, spitting in Peter's face. Without much hesitation, Peter withdrew his Glock 19 and fired 6 fast rounds into the head, chest, and stomach of Jamari, committing his first murder. The duo instantly made a break for it, heading back into Davis.

Following the torture of the 3 AD9 members and the murder of one of their leaders, Jamari; a vicious war broke out between the Hall brothers and AD9. It was around this time the brothers fully adopted the name 'The Hall Boys' shortened to 'THB', however this was not as serious but more-so a means of identification for associates disconnected to the families inner-circle. It was a raid on their home 0432 Davis Avenue that kick-started the war, 8 members of the AD9 gang burst through the front door with weapons, firing shots at everyone they saw. 4 THB members lost their lives that night, including 2 brothers; Norman and Gregory Hall who where both 13, one Hall cousin, Otto Hall Jr. who was 24, and one associate from Davis. Following the raid, the brothers moved into a Mission Row apartment owned by one of their customers, a crackhead. From this point on they began to further involve themselves in the dealing of crack cocaine and heroin, using the apartment as a drug-den for the most part.

Throughout the 2 year war, THB focused on recruiting members to join the cause by putting on numerous un-affiliated teenagers with drug-lines at extremely good numbers. This built loyalty between the family and their workers. The war was lead by Richard and Peter Hall, with Samuel, Derek, and Clyde having a lock over the members and associates. The gang grew considerably and formed loose alliances with the Bloods due to high-school friendships between Peter and the younger brother of a reputable member. They would go on to supply The Hall Boys with pistols, ammunition, and drugs for years to come.

Between 2008 and 2010 THB lost another 6 members, including another two brothers; Albert and James Hall. Numerous other family members where hit off and many where injured. Peter Hall was kidnapped in 2009 aged 17, he was cut across the face with a pen knife however luckily made escape through a small window. As he was climbing up a fence in his escape, he snagged his left thumb on barbed wire, ripping the skin off. The thumb was later amputated.

Despite the numerous losses THB had taken, their financial situation consistently bettered and so did their psychical numbers. Throughout the entire war, THB lost 10 members in total including 4 brothers and 3 cousins. However THB always hit back, and killed an estimated 8-9 AD9 members all of which where of decent stature within the gang. This heavily disrupted the gangs function.

In late 2010, the AD9 set disappeared from the streets of Davis after internal turmoil and dissolution by the Hoover criminals. This ended the war.

2010-2020

Following the war, the brothers and their associates continued to peddle narcotics in Los Santos; specifically South Central. They began to form closer relationships with numerous gangs around the city, establishing a small presence within the LS underworld. The brothers began to see significant financial success with an accumulated illicit net income of around $500,000 a year, this was prominently generated through the organized dealing of hard-drugs to a vast clientele of addicts through the means of underage mules. The group was also heavily involved in armed robberies on both small-businesses and drug-dealers, insurance fraud, loan scams, bank account fraud and identity fraud. Each Hall brother controlled a specific racket under the supervision of Richard Hall and his slightly younger brother Peter, the duo where in-charge of managing the operations of the family and was primarily concerned with keeping a steady supply of both weapons and narcotics. By turn of 2013 the brothers had an estimated 25 sworn-in members throughout their ranks, with even more associates; of which some where not exclusively working for the brothers.

In 2015 the brothers purchased an arsenal of heavy-duty military grade weapons from relatives in Blaine County, they began to organize a large-scale San Fierro casino heist with Clyde Hall taking lead over the robbery. After 6 months of casing and planning, the Brothers-In-Command (Richard & Peter) launched the first steps into the heist, with Peter leading the set-up in San Fierro. Peter, Clyde, Samuel & Derek went to San Fierro to organize the heist and once it was ready-to-go Peter returned to Los Santos; giving the orders for 8 of the sworn-in members to make their way to San Fierro with an arsenal of 3 AR-15s, 1 M4A1 and 4 AK-47's; they where driven by 4 associate drivers, 3 of whom where decoy drivers. The get-away driver was 19 year old Daniel Evian who had drove as a get-away driver in 11 previous armed-robberies on much smaller establishments (gas stations, stores, bars, etc.). The heist had been successfully executed and everyone but the get-away driver was on point. Daniel made numerous mistakes in his get-away, indicating on every turn and almost stalling the car before taking off; it was suspected he had been consuming copious amounts of drugs the night before to calm his nerves. During the escape Samuel told the driver to slow down as they passed by stores on a busy high street, Samuel jumped out the car and sprinted through a large department store, into the stock-room and out of the back door into the behind-parking lot. Samuel continued to use his athletic and cardiovascular talent, pacing through numerous stores, parks and streets before finally making clear and escaping any pursuit. He instantly headed back to the hotel to change before heading to a pay-phone, notifying Peter of the bad-news. Not long after during the pursuit, he car was PIT maneuvered and boxed in, they attempted to escape on foot however was instantly subdued by SWAT. Everybody in the car was sentenced to 16 years imprisonment with the possibility of parole after 7 years. Clyde & Derek where released in 2021 on bail posted by their older brothers; their accomplices remain in prison.

Following the news that the heist had failed, the Brothers-In-Command began to change the way they operated in fear of being investigated by the police. Richard re-assumed his old job position as a mechanic at the garage his late-old brother Jeremy worked at in Morningwood, Peter began to work at Al Dente's as a kitchen assistant with the intention of gaining knowledge in the catering industry whilst climbing the ranks. Peter began to take a much more hands-off approach and left illegal operations to Richard, they both decided it was a good idea to lay-low for a while and relinquish control to one of their hitmen, Roshai Harriot, who was a respected and valued member of their organization ranking as a Dobermann. Roshai became the narcotic pipeline between command and the lower ranks, he had complete and total control over the narcotic operation with the only thing he didn't have access to being the suppliers. Roshai ran the operation differently, he would cut-down the drugs leaving it at a much worse quantity and would stockpile the higher quality portion of the drugs. For the next 2 years the activity and membership of the brother's organization significantly decreased without their direct involvement, in 2017 the group had a total of 15 members including all 8 of the brothers.

In 2018, finances showed that the operation was making considerably less money than when it was controlled by the brothers. This caused some financial struggles for the brothers who remained underneath the same roof, Richard and Peter made the decision to re-involve themselves this time with Richard taking complete control over the operation whilst Peter assumed the position as counsellor. After finding out that over 3/4 of their long-term customers no longer wanted to buy from the group, a small investigation was launched and they quickly found out that the quality of drugs had significantly dropped and the source of the problem was Roshai Harriot and his attempts of deviously stockpiling drugs to distribute them to members of the crips and hoovers. Richard & Samuel broke into Roshai's apartment and after searching for some time, they found over $600,000 worth of high-grade Bolivian cocaine and Afghani heroin stolen from the group. Richard & Peter kidnapped Roshai the same night, he was tortured and murdered. Following their discovery and the almost total destruction of the operation, command made a decision to relay the drug operation onto Anthony and Vincent Hall who's job was to use the remaining associates to rebuild their customer base. They turned the heat up on fraud and cash intensive robberies on gas stations and small stores with Samuel running the fraud scheme whilst Charles ran the robbery racket. Donny was given a position with Richard, who had now become the manager of the mechanic shop he had been working at for the past few years. They began to start a boosting operation, chopping and selling stolen vehicles. By 2020 the non-narcotic revolved operations where seeing success and generating the family a considerable amount of illicit funds, they posted bail for their brothers who remained in prison. The narcotic racket was struggling due to their relatives in Blaine County facing numerous charges and the massive shake-up they had been going through, their main suppliers where beginning to deplete in numbers and power, so was their own.
