/socks - Add the option to wear socks

I mean best if u can choose ur socks with /socks and include ALL

Just like you do /fingernails for example.

I mean these would be better of course but the question is if they want to add more mods just for socks. 
I'd prefer these one for sure, in the end I'd be fine with whatever, would be happy as long as we get the suggested command tbh.
