It literally is, it happens ALL the time. PD reported AP after getting into a shootout against 4 people with ARs and claimed the "300 drug hp the shooters had" is the reason they lost.

realism should be strived for to a degree where it's still playable as a game. concepts, factions, law enforcement etc. that's grounded in reality makes for a better roleplay environment in terms of what we're aiming for. things have to be adapted to work within the game but that's fine. i wouldnt want law enforcement factions to be paperwork simulators when their main goal should be to provide quality law enforcement roleplay to the server.
