MSL Holdings was founded in April 2022 by Founders Mouna Gatlin, Selena Gatlin and Leah Foulds. Together, the pairing has slowly begun to build and develop unique business ventures and partnerships to build it's portfolio. Specializing in Retail & Bar Management, MSL Holdings currently operates two businesses under it's banner, with more businesses in partnership. The MSL Ranking StructureOur current corporate structure is as follows: Board of Directors -> Executive Member -> Corporate Partner -> Internal Manager -> Internal Supervisor -> Internal EmployeeBoard of Directors The Board of Directors consists of the primary shot callers for any business dealings with MSL Holdings. These individuals take care of the day-to-day operation of the company, alongside it's financial wellbeing. Current Members: - Mouna Gatlin - Selena Gatlin - Leah FouldsExecutive Member An Executive Member is a member who has purchased, or provided investment, into MSL Holdings. This person is called upon to assist in business dealings and insight on areas that are not always known to our Board of Directors. Current Members: - Jason ReevesCorporate Partner A Corporate Partner is a business, or an individual, who has teamed up with MSL Holdings to make day-to-day operations more manageable and streamlined. These partners work closely with Executive Members and Board of Directors to guide their own businesses in the right direction, being assisted in Finance Management & Staff Management where requested. Current Members: - Paleto Autos (Business)Internal Manager Like any business, Managers are required to be the front-end customer facing individual who manages their assigned/selected business on a day-to-day basis. From supervision of staff, to day-end finance management, they ensure that orders for new product are put in, staff are trained and money is in the account.
