 Feature Showcase: Property Manager

Overview

There has been a demand for property owners to have more control over their property via an User Interface instead of text commands.

You may now use the Property Manager to navigate through a few useful menus and perform various actions that give you more control over your property. This menu can be accesed by the owner of the property / administrators with permissions (+Property Management).

Features

General: This first tab will show you all the details about the property you are in. Also from here, you will be able to directly access the property inventory without typing the chat commands. At the same time, the property can be sold to the state for 50% of its value or to another player by entering the desired values in the inputs lines.

Furnitures: The second tab will display general information about objects placed both inside and outside the property along with their value. Below these values, there will also be a text with the furniture slots that you can place in a property, depending on the character you are. On the right, the first button will open the property props menu, they can be activated / deactivated, being sync for everyone in the property. The last button gives you access to the furniture of the house.

Tenants: If there are tenants in this property, this tab will be present and will show you informations about them (name and last activity). They can be evicted or even removed all at once.

Permissions: Here, there will be 2 options for the property, namely, lock / unlock the property and building rights in that property. To make sure everything is saved in real time, you need to press the Save Permissions button.

Advanced Settings: Advanced settings are quite important for property owners. Both switchers freeze and reload states can be changed from here. At the same time, if the player who owns it has a specific donor (Platinum) for changing the weather and time in the property, he will be able to do it directly from here with several options, each synchronizing for each player in property by pressing the Save Settings button.

Commands

/propertymanager (/pmanager or /pmenu) or using it by Personal Menu inside your property.
