Add a trucking warehouse into country as well. Businesses up there suffer.

There's several, most truckers just don't like making the long drives. Which is kinda what trucking is all about. Theres multiple warehouses in Paleto Bay & a few on Senora Freeway.

Can always y'know, roleplay random deliveries instead of relying on the script. It's an RP server afterall. The only thing stopping y'all from RPing when there's no script businesses asking for deliveries is yourselves. Make up your own routes, create your own RP, companies should be paying their employees a salary in situations like these.

This kind of passive RP is only fun to do for a minuscule segment of the population (as initiatives like SAPR proved), and it actually reduces RP opportunities by giving you all the negatives of the trucking job without any of the incentives, and taking you away from other avenues of RP just so you can simulate your own scenes in your head (since most truckers won't log in to not have work and as such your radio will be dead). At that point most people would rather RP in the realm of their own imagination rather than risking being robbed and to lose that money they're not making while pretend working.

Simply no.

Truckers make more than Elon Musk. Delete TRUCKINGj job, replace it with something else - more fun and less OP.
I see truckers goin' 85mph, spamming, copy-pasting the commands and working 24/7 making millions every week. Over that, we have them whining about everything.

"Not enough routes!!1!1!" - "Not enough truckers1!!111!!"  blah blah blah.
Join in a fac or in a proper business/company, there are more stuff to do than trucking jeez

Yes, we must harm more a job that businesses depend on where you do RP or buy stuff, a seamless plan.

Then everyone crying because they can't repair their vehicle (maintenance) because garages don't have components, can't buy clothes, or can't open their business because don't have components.

If companies can afford $1,000.000 - $2.000.000  worth of trucks, plus all the insurance, I'm sure they can afford to pay their drivers a bare minimum of $5,000 to incite them to create more RP until this issue is fixed.

Sorry to say but this is incorrect. We can’t afford to pay HR members that much per WEEK let alone every trucker for “RP” deliveries. Numbers don’t add up. The company does not make as much as you think. Between the cost of the trucks and the insurance, maintenance and gas, there isn’t a lot left. Our management is barely even taking a salary just to break even. When I say salary I mean a couple thousand a WEEK. Any more than that, the numbers go the other way. It’s not your fault as you haven’t seen the numbers behind the scenes, but your assumptions are absolutely wrong. The script is 100% necessary to pay truckers for anything.
