Question regarding inactivity

Hello,

 

I have went inactive the past couple months and had a house with most of my stuff stored in its inventory. Since I went inactive, the house was taken away and I guess the items as well? Are those recoverable or just gone?

They're gone if the house was bought by someone else.

If you went gone without a proper reason and you haven't sold your property prior your long term your inactivity - your items are indeed lost if some other player bought your apartment. 

 

You can try to ask for a refund if you believe you have a valid cause and proves for your lost items.
