How long until I can make a new character?

I'm new to the server, I've made a couple of characters to test the waters with some factions. I've found one I want to put in the time with and to develop a character with, but I can't delete a character to make a new one without it costing world points? How long do I have to wait until I can make a new character or am I entirely locked out now and need to make a new account on the UCP?

Hello.

 

You can delete a character every 14 days, or 2 weeks. You can also delete the character immediately after deleting an old one, as long as you're willing to pay 30WP. Last but not least, you can name-change one of your current characters, or buy an additional character slot (4th, 5th, etc), for 30WP and 200WP, respectively.
