Marketing & Event Manager (Portola Drive, Rockford Hills, LS)

General

  • Instrumental in providing support for the yearly marketing plan that identifies and outlines all activities to drive sales across channels.
  • Manage marketing calendars; Retail/Wholesale/Store Openings/Promotions.
  • Coordinate retail & wholesale advertising plans, manage advertising budget, material requests and added value.
  • Coordination of all digital marketing initiatives, such as affiliate network publishers – digital marketing reports, execution of online partnerships.
  • Instrumental in developing events program to support retail and wholesale initiatives.
  • Manage event calendar for retail and wholesale activities.
  • Management of events budget to ensure it is respected.
     

Advertising/Promotions

  • Ensure media plan is revised on a monthly basis.
  • Manage advertising budget and show aptitude for ensuring flexibility as business needs change.
  • Coordination with local advertising for added value / marketing opportunities.
  • Track efficiency of advertising.
  • Partner with stores to maximize opportunities through their marketing channels, paid & organic.
     

Event/Activation Management

  • Develop concept and execute grand opening events for boutiques.
  • Identify and maintain relationship with event suppliers (catering, florist, modeling agencies hair / make up, production teams, receive estimates and negotiate rates).
  • Execute in store selling events.
  • Work with buyers and store managers to understand commercial needs.
  • Work with modeling agencies, catering company, tailors, florist, audio / visual to ensure each element is secured and in line with brand.
  • Order / prepare gifts for guests if necessary.
  • Work with charity and hostess to ensure / manage their role at event.
  • Work with graphics designer, printer to create and ensure invitations are sent in timely manner.
  • Manage guest list.
  • Liaison with the press office to organize samples for selling events.
  • Develop concept and detailed timeline for each event.
     

Experience & Key Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in marketing and events organization.
  • Experience within the retail sector preferred.
  • Ability to develop marketing plans, programs and promotional briefs.
  • A passionate, energetic team oriented individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, creative and leadership skills.
  • Experience of managing budgets and invoicing
  • Proven entrepreneurial and creative skills to think beyond traditional marketing approaches.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
     


 Store Manager (Portola Drive, Rockford Hills, LS)

Job Purpose

  • Drive business results through a continuous development of the store team and an optimized management of store in terms of image, product and operations  Lead the team to deliver  the Anna Rex experience.

 

Business Development

  • Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, improve results, support key business strategies.
  • Partners with  the Area Manager to maximize sales and margin goals. Responsible for the sales and KPIs performance of the store.
  • Partner with the Area Manager to prepare periodical reporting on competitors, product, potential opportunities.
  • Analyzes and manages sell through.  Identifies and communicates regularly with division heads on product availability and market trends to maximize productivity. 


Team Management

  • Creates a dynamic environment. Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations.
  • Sets personalized objective for the year for every team member and follows-up along the year to in order to develop behavior, performance and capabilities.
  • Sets achievable goals and targets, and ensures the staff follows Company guidelines and is held accountable for achieving set goals.
  • Attract, develops and leads a high performance team through effective training, coaching and/or motivational activities.
  • Ensure the in-store follow-up after trainings delivered on the brand, products, operations and soft skills.
  • Plan and Conduct daily and weekly in store briefings to motivate, to set objectives and show how to reach them Support with informative and inspiring participation the new staff onboarding experience.
  • Assures staff is groomed,  inviting, professional, and knowledgeable on product and related company information.

 

Client Management

  • Ensures superior customer service standards, through constant follow up with the team, in order to deliver the AR experience.
  • Be a brand ambassador and build relationships with AR clients. Be an example for the team by engaging in customer interactions.
  • Encourages team members to focus on what they would like their clients to feel during a AR experience (Sense of Family, Powerfully Desirable, Electrified and Entertained).

 

CRM

  • Monitor the team on managing their customer database, ensure they take actions to maintain a long term relationship with customer and maximize sales opportunity.
  • Support the organization of in-store & promotional events, liaising with merchandising & PR team.

 

Store Management

  • Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed in an organized manner according to the guidelines.
  • Assures optimum shrinkage results are met by enforcing security measures and maintaining consistent accuracy in inventory levels .
  • Remains in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures, and assures all policies are enforced.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in managing operational costs, and balancing all related budgetary expenses in a cost efficient manner.
  • Ensures store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives, and applies strategies to deliver best results through merchandising and visual representation.

 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in retail management – luxury experience preferred.
  • Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale  system, Word, Excel and email.
  • Strong relationships skills and ability to maintain long-term with clients and community and understands the needs and changes of the market.
  • Strong team management skills, demonstrating capabilities to make people grow personally and professionally.
  • Leadership, confidence, organization skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive within a high paced environment, multi-tasks with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.

Sales Associate (Carcer Way, Rockford Hills, LS)

Job Purpose

  • Build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintain store in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Anna Rex customer experience.

 

Business Development

  • Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of store objectives.
  • Strive to always increase brand and product knowledge.
  • Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs.
  • Take action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories.

 

Client Management

  • Ensures superlative customer service standards, in order to meet customer expectations.
  • Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
  • Deliver the ultimate AR experience to increase customer loyalty.

 

CRM

  • Capture customer data all the time.
  • Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long-term relationship with customers.
  • Participate in the organization of In-store & Promotional events, as per Shop in Charge guidelines.

 

Profile
