Silent Ones Motorcycle Club were given 1 strike (2 months) in January for promoting up the ranks too fast and showing OOC bias towards players who had previously been affiliated with the faction. In the recent judgement call made by Shanks as a conclusion of the war that involved multiple other factions, they were given 2 further strikes for their leadership and many members of their faction being involved in rule breaks.

 

As per those 2 strikes they have hit the 3 strike threshold held for Official Factions and will be closed by Illegal Faction Management for failing to meet the standards of what is expected of Official Factions.

 

Characters involved with this concept will need to cease portrayal of Silent Ones and they will have to roleplay that their chapter was closed, they may resume roleplay on the characters however not continue to fly under the Silent Ones banner or represent them. This concept will not be allowed to be continued or reopened. All properties or perks given by Illegal Faction Management will also be revoked in 48 hours so that players have the chance to take their things back before they're returned.

 

Leadership will not be allowed to pursue leading another illegal concept due to this shut down, we understand that not all members were involved in this situation and if other members with to attempt to pursue leading a new concept they may submit one.
