Sooo let me sum this up. Every second scene of violence ends with admin pausing the rp and trying to solve a dispute between few people whos egos are bigger than they actually have right for. Strike one. Second majority of people online in peak times are usually criminals sitting bored on their turfs. Strike two, third, with the necessity of having least 2-3 backup cars on a simple traffic stop because of server wide trend to shoot cops for anything leads to shortage of patrols out there, so people sometimes wait for hours for someone to come. Strike three. You're out!

Some nights it's simply not plausible to have a five minute response time to every call with the amount of units on and the number of calls for service. I do agree at somepoints units are held on a certain scene for too long.

I will always, as others have said, value roleplaying at a scene or incident or asking for 3-4-5 or however many units a backup as I think I might need as opposed to bouncing from 911 to 911. I'll leave 3 of MANY videos as an example of why you might see 3 or 4 cars as backup at a traffic stop.

My experience was:
> calls 911 on X Y Z situation that may not have any action - no response.
> calls 911 literally 2 minutes later on a shootout - every single unit + helicopter gets there.

should more people take time for the slower paced calls, yes but some days call volume makes that impractical.

Also issues with factions should be taken up to LFM/IFM or its leadership.
