e-thug in reality is just someone trying to act hard and talking like their criminal chars as if they're that, when they're not even from the hood or in a gang irl but just some random joe smo trying to act hard cause they rp x or y. at least in the context of rp servers.

 

but, it's also pretty much the legal rper's answer to us all being called mallrats because we don't rp a gangmember or a cop and a lot of the people that do just associate every single legal rper that rp's w/e they feel like rping instead of rping illegal/cop a mallrat. a mallrat is a shit rper with extremely low standards, yet it just gets thrown at all of us even IC when its an OOC term from LSRP. people throw e-thug back because it's basically the same thing in reverse lmao. shameful result of either side not being able to get along due to the shitters on both sides.

 

personally, both terms are pretty fucking cringe to use unironically.
