Forbid OOC requirements in property sales

Realistically its not possible for admins to monitor each and every player and what they do in the server. I guess its up to the character/person to buy properties according to their status, but then there's nothing wrong in buying properties in hostile areas even if they have nothing to do with crime, even if it is for flipping or renting out.

The fact that 80% of county properties are owned by people that RP only in the city & never use their county properties is enough reasons as to why OOC Requirements are 100% needed. If people stopped buying properties just to buy properties & never use them, OOC Requirements wouldnt be needed.

+1 As a property seller, you are NOT a PM administrator. Anyone, but an administrator, does not have the place to be asking people to provide character story or whatever to purchase an IC property. That is mixing. The point is, you are not the one to decide whether a city RPer, county RPer or anyone for that matter would realistically have a trailer in Sandy or not as again, you are not an administrator.

I am saying this as someone who has a county character that have not found a proper trailer to live in.

Not supporting this, the housing market is knackered and needs a serious revamp - we need more houses for more affordable prices, tons of houses on the map that are un-scripted.

Agreed but 2nd part is a non issue. You can request a non scripted property, we'll just create it. It does not make it un-requestable.

Just wanted to clear that up.
