And this has a reason, recently some events happened in my life that has limited my playtime by a lot. I rather spend the little bit of time I have on another char of mine, and while I could try to play the required amount to keep the property, I don't think it's fair at all. I rather have someone who is actively playing every day have the house and enjoy it to the fullest, therefore I'll require a small application that quickly summons up the background of your character PM'ed to me on the forums, just to make sure it doesn't land in the hands of a flipper or someone looking to make a profit off of it.
