A Roleplay that you'll never forget

It was that one last fun RP session I had ever again. My character and his fiancé had a fight over a miss communication that caused her to call the cops to escort me out of the house because my character was acting crazy. Two officers arrived at the scene, the male officer started to calm my character down and explaining how women are crazy, etc while escorting him out as the female officer was speaking to her. Didn’t have that much laughter ever since because all their fights involved 3rd party that called the couple crazy but still provided others with laughable RP sessions. Didn’t know after that this particular fight would cause a chain of other fights which ultimately ended 9 months of character development. I wished if that RP had never started. What a shame.

Also that time when my character was coming back home, only to get greeted by his fiancé striking his shin with a baseball bat because she thought he was a stalker after her. They called ambulance and the cops with no one believing she was the one who broke his shin accidentally.

creating a jackass-inspired movie with two friends, filmed entirely on the server in real time thanks to the 1.1 update. coming up with the stunts/pranks, rping the logistics around it, finding the locations and making people laugh. was about 3 months of irl time and 7 months IC time and was the rp experience that brought me back to gtaw after a long break.

Shoutout to @Jorgensen and his crew of FD at the time for going along with our antics 😂 aswell as @Rafikifor hosting the cool premiere RP at doppler.

Do it again 😄

I had a blast RPing developing into being a community advocate on my Jamaican character, Desmond Brown. Instead of creating a character with a goal to make the hood better and rushing into it in a month, it naturally developed over months and months of RP, leading from him starting by looking out for kids in the projects giving them free food with his food truck, to slightly bigger community events in ULSA, to organizing the reopening of the BJ Smith Center in Chamberlain.

The fact that gang violence got him 2 days before the center was ready to open was heartbreaking after a year of build-up, in the best possible way.

That character has forever entered my vault of great roleplay characters I've interacted with. You were a blast to work together with, and I was both sad and so satisfied with how it ended for him.
