Character customisation skipped

During the server restart I was customising and when I logged back in I was given some generic character model with none of my changes saved. I know there's a lot of things that are going to take priority over this issue at the minute but if able could my character be reset? Huge thanks in advance.

I would suggest deleting your character and starting a new one, or instead heading to the beauty salon, good luck.

Over the weekend all character customisation is free of charge. Visit the plastic surgeon / clothing store to change your characters features.

You can buy new clothes at the clothing store and modify the advanced male/female(press Y) or choose a single-player ped skin, which suits your preferences (/buyclothes). You can also change the appearance of your advanced male/female ped by visiting the plastic surgeon checkpoints on the map. If you still want to delete your character, shoot Nervous a PM on the forums. There is no character delete button as of yet, but there will certainly be one in the future. I hope this answered your question.
