This faction, or rather current rendition of it, will be indefinitely iced by Illegal FM. 

 

In the last 4 months, this faction was issued 2 faction strikes. 1 for rampant metagame and poor portrayal evident throughout their ranks which was displayed in conflicts, and 1 for allowing characters to namechange and move around the rank system freely, instapatching in Sergeants without reason and utilizing the support club as a circumvention for any rules that could be held against them as a faction. Prior to this, the current circle of leadership were found to be utilizing alternative characters of Vagos to create stash houses as well as PF abuse and "hide" it from Illegal FM during the prior faction switchover of leadership. 

 

The final nail in the coffin has been the fact current leadership has abused access to the MDC which enables them to use information only accessible to LEOs within their faction operations, additionally, a "Mother Chapter" was created to circumvent the removals from Illegal FM of persons in power. Furthermore, despite the strike against insta-patching in individuals, a character with less than 20 hours was brought into prospecting post strike. All OOC leadership figures involved in any events that led to the strike are banned from leading any illegal concepts for 12 months, they will know who they are by admin action on record. 

 

This faction is not guaranteed to be allowed to continue, we will attempt to make contact with individuals within the faction in order to establish a stronger leadership team. This will be done so over the coming week.

After finishing our investigation, and further discussing our options internally, we have decided to not transition the faction leadership to anyone, we will be shutting down the concept for the time being.

 

The characters formerly within this faction are allowed to be further roleplayed, but not within an organized Motorcycle Club capacity.
