It’s worth a try if a new faction’s leader talks to existing faction’s leader and ask if they’re cool with that. To agree on interactions, personal history (ally/rivalry/etc) and discuss the turf separation. But people would rather start a new project and start beefing others from day one, posting screens with dead rivals and make DM videos. Link to comment
