I'm in agreement in principal;

 

Stop giving out bloody warnings when people blatantly disconnect from scenes or trying to avoid consequences via ooc means. For example, paying back money or items owed to people when they loose in court (after signing agreements). That's not fair on the player who has exhausted every avenue to try to get what they're owed, likely taking weeks to do so. It's honestly a joke when people so blatantly abuse certain systems and waste people's valuable time, just to get a warning, regardless of their record. Punishments should be reflective of the shit the rulebreakers put people through.
