Baiting robberies from ads needs a clarification at this point

Grow up? Man, you don't know me and you're taking it PERSONAL and then you talk about crying when you're the first and only one who started to talk about it in a personal way. Don't talk to me or my person ever again, you don't know me, talk about the game, the rules, my faction, my character, not about me, don't you dare.

 

I've never been involved into illegal gambling with this character. So, I don't even know why you're referring to me or my group of people doing that. Only Casper does it, and it's his own problem. This shows how much you know nothing about anything.

To me its pretty clear especially since using the 'taxi script' gives context to the intent of the rule that they are saying you cannot personally use (as in intentionally create an advert to lure players to a location for you to rob) and you cannot use the taxi script to rob/trick people into your car.

It is not saying that if another player uses an /ad to host a illegal poker game, they gain god mode and cannot be robbed or interacted with in a negative manner since they threw up an /ad.

Do you personally believe that illegal poker games should be OOCly immune to getting robbed?

If they are getting robbed repeatedly by the same group of people, which appears to be some sort of mob faction you or whoever the IC victim is could either
A. Hire Muscle
B. Extortion/Give a Percentage to the robber faction to stop
C. Have a rival or other mob-type faction facilitate the games
D. Gamble legally in a casino

All of these could lead to interesting RP opportunities for all parties if the intent of the host was not to run their bank account up while hiding behind what they think the robbery/advertisement rules mean.
