No list place for non-payable goods

Detailed Description

Hi.

The suggestion refers to selling/unloading crates to stores.

 

I sometimes have the problem that I go to stores and then get the red message in the chat "This business cannot afford the crate!"

What is suspect to me is that the stores are shown in the /startshipment list at all. So my suggestion:

 

Businesses that are not able to pay should be automatically deleted from the list with all their orders until they are able to pay again / new orders are created.
It makes no sense to order a truck full of cargo that you can't pay at the end.

- Maybe this way we are more in touch with reality.
- There are fewer empty runs than before.
