Law Enforcement Training Weapons

Short description: Training Non-Lethal weapons for Law Enforcement.

Detailed description: It would be cool if we could get weapons that are scripted to cause no damage or possibly a "stun-like" effect that could allow Law Enforcement officers to further train in scenarios like maybe an "Active Shooter" scenario, where they can actually fire weapons towards the "suspect". Sort of like a scripted paintball weapon or something.

Commands to add: /equipment train or /equipment training

Items to add: Scripted weapons that do not damage, but have a "stun" effect, maybe?

How would your suggestion improve the server?: It will allow Law Enforcement to train in "combat like" scenarios where they can actually fire a weapon.

Additionnal information: Not sure if it's possible, but it would be cool to have. Obviously, we can wait for it.

I don't know if this would count here. But what about a beanbag alternative to shotguns? Maybe a command to swap it from regular fire to beanbag, which would in turn play the layright or layleft anims to the player being hit? It would be a another option for both the training or just another non lethal weapon

for PD/SD to use.

Well, we yesterday held a training for the Metropolitan Police division in which we were about ten Police Officers and it was in no way possible to produce a realistic training for us since we simply don't have a proper "paintball" weapons or a "bean-bag" weapons to train with. Back on GTA SAMP on LSRP, you were forced into an animation when you were tased or bean bagged. Perhaps something like this could be made possible? There was an idea from a person at our training saying we could go on another server to do this, but then again we want to train it on this server, while roleplaying, while developing our characters and all that while training with the lags and script issues of the server so we are properly prepared for situations on the server itself.

Rubberbullets are already being developed, waiting for them to be approved.
