The Tokyo Black Dragons name is inspired by the Tokyo Boyz aka Manzanar Black Dragons, an organization made up of several other Japanese American gangs after the criminalization of anyone of Japanese descent due to the passing of the Executive Order 9066 by U.S President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Our primary focus is the portrayal of Japanese American street guys who acts as enforcers and saviors of the Little Tokyo district.
