mj2002
There aren't really enough active advertisements on the forums to justify this change. Link to comment
The.Godfather
I do not believe this is needed. If we do this, what's next? Segregate properties into Commercial, Residential - Houses, Apartments, Standalone units, etc.? The current system seems to be doing just fine! 🙂 Link to comment

Why would anyone prefer this unordered and chaotic system over one that actually makes sense? Even if there's only one advertisement a week, there should be sections for easy overview of what you are looking for (or looking to get rid of). When I'm looking for something specific, the addresses don't tell me a single thing. There is a reason why large real estate websites allow you to filter through the results, a lot of people care more about exterior than interior because the latter can always be changed. I support this suggestion and would ask OP to extent it to the other categories as well. Link to comment

Especially for some of them, we'd have sections with 2-3 topics. If anything, separate all of the existing sections in two - one for buying, one for selling. Link to comment
