ANDREW WOLFE HOWZER

Andrew's story started back when he was a kid dreaming to become a policeman. Andrew was born on 11th of March 1996 and he raised in Los Santos. He was cared for, nurtured, protected, and supported by his family. They gave him the chance to be closer to his dream by allowing me to take a course in line with it. In 2016, they enrolled Andrew at the (USLA) University of San Andreas, Los Santos. There, Andrew discovered the stigma of being a Criminal Justice student where the other courses look down on them and so Andrew decided to strive harder not just for himself but also for his parents. Andrew made a deal with himself that he will do everything in his power to make everyone see how far this boy could go. While studying, Andrew was also taking shifts in watching and caring for his grandparents as he and his sister live with them while they were studying. Andrew feels so blessed to have both of his parents' and grandparents' support.

Andrew's hardworking parents did their best to support the family, in return, Andrew did very well in the university and got to receive academic recognition and scholarship that lessened their burden of expenses. The money Andrew received may not be that much but being thrifty and wise can take him a long way. A year goes by and life gets tougher. In 2017, Andrew's grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and a year later, she finally departed from them. After her demise, Andrew's grandfather started feeling unwell as he began to journey this world without his partner.

In 2019, Andrew's sister has to leave him to pursue her studies at (LCCC) Liberty City Community College. In the same year, Andrew's grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and that is where Andrew's love, patience, faith, and time management were tested. Many times Andrew has to sleep late or wake up at any time as his grandfather would have his manic attack or call for assistance and Andrew can't leave his grandfather unattended. With his goal to become a police officer and the responsibility to watch for his grandfather, he had to triple his effort in studying and extend more sincerity in everything he do. Finally, in 2020, Andrew's parents received two wonderful gifts of success. Andrew's sister finally finished her Civil Engineering course in Liberty City and Andrew also finished Criminal Justice. He did it, they all did it. But the fight has just begun.

After Andrew achieved his goal to graduate in a Criminal Justice course, he aimed a higher goal which is to become a police officer. Andrew wanted this so much since he was a kid. It is now or never he said to himself. This would be a challenging phase in Andrew's life as he knows his parents have sacrificed a lot just to grant him and his sister's dream no matter what. It was more heartbreaking for Andrew and the whole family because his grandfather passed away just before he can show him that he succeeded to become a police officer just like in his childhood dream. Now, he has a goal to achieve even bigger that is to fulfill his dream and make his parents and his grandparents proud even if they are not with him. A goal to achieve with determination, patience, faith, and a lot of effort. A goal to be fulfilled because of the teachings instilled by his parents and grandparents' specially his grandfather who taught him humility and security. It would be hard to travel to the path of his dream but Andrew is willing and fully prepared to take the first step.

He failed his first attempt to join the police force.  Andrew was heartbroken since he had not been selected as a cadet. They advised Andrew to choose another profession that gives security if he is willing to pursue his ambition. That's when Andrew decides to seek for a position as a security detail officer in Gruppe6 in order to study and get experience. After weeks of being employed in Gruppe6 Corporate Security, Andrew feels that he is happy and contented to his job, he now wishes to stay with them for longer.
