This link will direct you to the LSSD applications which are currently closed, unfortunately, and will open up on the 1st of November until the 15th of November since that's the system we currently use. https://lssd.gta.world/viewforum.php?f=177 This link will direct you to the LSPD applications which are also closed, but will open up on the 1st of November, same as the LSSD.
